We are very pleased to announce that Michelin France 2018 placed us on their guide/
bib gourmand as our 3rd year after Michelin Tokyo 2015 and 2016.

After years of his experience in Tokyo with his homemade udon restaurant,
the chef Umetani challenge himself in Paris in order to contribute Japanese food to the world.

In this April, it will be our 3rd year since its opening in Paris and this news gives us a big encouragement.
Thank you to everyone for supporting us and your kind words and
positive feedback keep us excited to keep our creativity up daily!!

We will continue providing highest possible quality of Japanese food with our soup and
homemade noodle made out of only natural ingredients.
