Our chef, Mr.Umetani, makes udon just before the lunch hour starts and he does same for dinner. It because the texture and the taste of udon will be changes in 3-4 hours and he wants to bring you the best of it!!! As he constantly makes udon when needed, you can have a chance to see him making udon in front if you too! This is the Udon the chef put his heart and soul into and you can have it only at Kisin.
