We will be closed for the summer vacation from 29th Jul to 15th of Aug. The chef, Mr. Umetani, will be back to Japan for his research in order to develop his cooking! I appreciate your kind cooperation....

Thank you for everyone for supporting us. We are happy to welcome a lot of people everyday.
The chef, Mr. Umetani, prepares dishes with his deepest heart and in order to serve the dishes especially udon as fresh as possible, we appreciate for your understanding that it might take time to serve you comparing other quick noodle restaurants.
It because we want you to taste our "ONLY ONE" dishes.
We also prepares not only chef's selection of sake and shochu, but also small dishes to go with drinks.

Michelin France 2018

We are very pleased to announce that Michelin France 2018 placed us on their guide/ bib gourmand as our 3rd year after Michelin Tokyo 2015 and 2016. After years of his experience in Tokyo with his homemade udon restaurant, the chef Umetani challenge himself in Paris in order to contribute Japanese food to the world. In this April, it will be our 3rd year since its opening in Paris and this news gives us a big encouragement.
